How our visits work
Meet & Greet
Before your Cosy Cat club membership starts, we pop over to meet you and your cat. You can tell us all about their quirks, their favourite hiding spots and feeding habits. We’ll arrange to collect your keys, note any alarms, gather emergency contacts and take your vet details so everything is covered from the start.
Arrival
We enter your home with care, making sure to check for any cheeky escape artists waiting behind the door.
Greeting
Every Cosy cat has their own way of greeting us — from the enthusiastic “hello!” sprinter, to the cautious observer, to the mysterious under‑the‑bed dweller.
We always follow their lead, offering affection, space, or quiet reassurance depending on what makes them feel comfortable. During each visit, we also carry out a quick wellbeing check, especially for outdoor explorers who may have picked up the odd scratch or bump on their adventures.
Feeding
Clean bowls, fresh food, fresh water — all exactly as instructed.
We monitor how much they eat and keep the peace in multi‑cat households.
Litter Care
Scooping, tidying, wiping — we’ll keep their toilet area spotless. If they use the tray after eating (classic move), we will scoop again before leaving.
Playtime
If your cats in the mood, we bring out toys, lasers, cuddles, and conversation. If they’re shy, we let them relax and simply ensure they have everything they need.
Keeping in Touch
After each visit, you’ll receive a cheerful update complete with photos or videos (if your cat agrees to modelling), plus a checklist of everything we did.
Home Security
We can close curtains, switch lights on/off, water plants, and put bins out. No branded vehicles so there is no attention drawn — just a home that looks lived‑in and safe.
We also check cat flaps, doors and windows before we leave.
